The Harm Reduction Outreach Collective is an anarchist, peer-led harm reduction collective located in the Tenderloin neighborhood and provides services throughout San Francisco. HROC provides essential supplies, including Naloxone, Plan B, health food, and other harm reduction items.
HROC is not funded by any government sources nor wants to be. We rely on community support and mutual aid donations. In our quest for sustainability, we are looking for ways to support our work financially. This shop is one of those ventures. All the art is made by our collective members and 100% fund support our community outreach efforts.
